Samsung Unveiled Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A72

 Samsung has launched three new smartphones that are Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A72

Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A72 in a Galaxy Awesome Unpacked event. These phones are the successor of the last year's Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71. The Samsung Galaxy A52 and A72 have a 90Hz refresh rate while the Galaxy A52 5G has a 120Hz refresh rate. All three models come with IP67 certified water and dust resistance. The key features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, rectangular quad-camera setup, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and more.

Price of Samsung Galaxy A-Series

The Samsung Galaxy A-series comes in Awesome Black, Awesome Blue, Awesome Violet and Awesome White colour options. The price of the Galaxy A52 is EUR 349 which is approximately Rs 30,200 while the Galaxy A52 5G is EUR 429 which is approximately Rs 37,600 and for Galaxy A72 is EUR 449 which is approximately Rs 38,800. India's availability and pricing are not yet declared.

Specifications of Samsung Galaxy A52

The Samsung Galaxy A52 features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O punch-hole display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 800 nits brightness. The phone runs on Android 11 based with One UI 3.1 on top. The Galaxy A52 is powered by an octa-core processor with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which is expandable via a microSD card. On the camera side, Galaxy A52 has a quad-camera setup which is a 64MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5MP depth sensor and a 5MP macro lens. On the front, it has a 32MP shooter for selfie and video chat. 

The phone has a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. The connectivity option includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C port and in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone measures 159.9X75.1X8.4mm and weighs 189 grams.

On the camera side, Galaxy A72 has a quad-camera setup which is a 64MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5MP macro sensor and an 8MP telephoto lens. On the front, it has a 32MP shooter for selfie and video chat. 

The phone has a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. The connectivity option includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C port and in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone measures 165.0X77.4X8.4mm and weighs 203 grams.
